If I could leave no stars I would, never again. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful arrangement for funeral services to arrive to find an embarrassment. The flowers were lop sided, dead and or wilted. the arrangement was half full-it looked as if this arrangement was apart of a storm and we picked the pieces off the side of the road to partially fill a pot. I paid $200 and I am mortified that my name and place of business is on the card with this arrangement -it stood out like a red headed step child compared to the rest. Lesson learned to read reviews before ordering. They also do not answer the phone to even call for a partial refund.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Ordered the sparkling silver tree, they texted me saying that was no longer available and they could do a nice holiday arrangement. I asked them to send me a pic first which they never did! Well I got my friend to send me the pic and I absolutely hated it. Oh sure, they used a gingerbread container but then a few pink roses and purple daisies. AWFUL! Looked like a kid put it together! $95 for a gingerbread container! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!

Very disappointed. Wish I had looked at the reviews before placing any order with them. I placed the order well in advance of the delivery date - which was Valentine's Day. I am sensitive to the fact that it is probably the busiest day of the year, but I don't think it is asking too much to call back a customer - in advance - if they cannot fulfill an order. Calling me at noon on Valentine's Day to tell me that they could not fulfill the order left me with very few options. AND telling me to dispute the charge with my credit card company if I wanted to cancel the order is just bad business. I will never use them again and I will be sure to tell anyone who will listen to do the same. They get the one star because I, at least, got a call that day. Others have reported never even receiving a call.

They deserve ZERO stars. Do not not not choose this horrible shop. They WILL NOT deliver your flowers the day they say they will. So if you have a special occasion forget it. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday...nothing. I call the next morning, no apology nothing but attitude. There are so many other serving flower shops. I really should have read the awful reviews and taken heed.

Ordered a yellow rose bush for my aunts funeral on behalf of all the neices and nephews. Woman calls 1 hour before and said backorder. I was stunned. I ordered it a week prior. She laughed. I said...did you just laugh? This is not funny. I was mourning. We compromised because I had no other choice. She was going to deliver 1 dozen yellow roses then send the roses when off of backorder. The roses looked old as if she bought them from a grocery store. I paid $120 around there. Never got the rose bush as promised. I even called She said oops we just sold out because easter. Said she'd still get them. 3 months later and nothing. Drive by the store. Its not a real store. No flowers. Looks like a drug house. Never open no lights. Next to a package store with people smoking and drinking in front. I wasn't going to write this because of my loss of my aunt and it gets me so upset. I am going to get someone to investigate her. I feel this is a fake business to hide what she's really selling. Lady...I feel bad for you. Something is terribly wrong with you and all I can do I pray for you.
